This Recipe Is Low In Carbs And Gluten Free
Low Carb Stuffed Bell Peppers
This recipe is packed with protein and low in carbohydrates. Beef contains virtually zero carbs and bell peppers contain about 7 carbs. Furthermore this dish is super simple to cook.
All you require to make these keto stuffed bell peppers 1 lbs ground beef, 1 tbsp seasoned salt, and 2 tsp black pepper. You will also need 1 tsp lemon juice, 6 medium bell peppers, 6 slices of your favorite cheese , and 2 tbsp olive oil.
Anytime I make this recipe with ground beef I like to combine the beef and seasoning first. That way the meat can be properly seasoned before being stir fried before baking for about 10 minutes. Then I just scoop the beef into the bell peppers and top with cheese.
Keto stuffed bell peppers are finished baking in 20 minutes

Full 16 hour HACCP w/ certification $125.00This course is fully compliant with the HACCP requirements of NACMCF , Codex Alimentarius, ISO 22000, 2013 FDA Food Code, FDA HACCP Managing Food Safety, and the USDA HACCP manual.
I highly recommend taking the training and implementing a HACCP based food safety management system, because this is the wave of the future. HACCP is required by the FDA for Juice processors, and by the USDA for meat and poultry processors and packagers. Besides that, Soon eggs will be added to this list.
HACCP is a scientific approach to food production. Controls must be defined and implemented at each phase in a food flow process. Critical Control Points are determined, for a defined boundary of safety at that stage. The food flow is then monitored and records kept at each of these phases. When something gets out of bounds, corrective actions are taken to get that phase back within boundaries.
This leads to the following: A consistent product is produced and the safest product for human consumption is produced, and besides that is no better way to cover your hiney if something goes wrong.

Many people might not understand just how important safe food handling can be. According to the World Health Organization, around one in ten people fall ill annually after eating contaminated food thats about 600 million people. Approximately 420,000 of those will die, and children under five account for nearly 130,000 of those deaths.
With figures such as those in circulation, its paramount to view unsafe food practices as more than just an inconvenience. They can actually be a killer. The Texas Department of State Health Services understands that and since 2015, made food handler training a requirement rather than just a mere suggestion.
According to the Texas Food Establishment Rules, if you are a food handling employee, you must undertake an accredited food handler training course within 60 days of employment. That includes employees who work with food equipment, surfaces that come into contact with food, or food in general.
However, if you serve pre-packaged items, you may not be required to get your Texas Food Handlers certification. Instead, you just have to be supervised by a Certified Food Manager or someone with food handler training.
